FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. How much is an overnight stay at Lotuspod?

 Standard Casita – P8500/night on weekdays, P10000/night on weekend. Rates can be lower depending on promo period
(The Lotuspod standard casita comes with a terrace and a scenic view of its rural surroundings. It is 25 sqm in size.)
 
Deluxe Casita – P9,500/night on weekdays, P12000/night on weekends. Rates can be lower depending on promo period or depending on promo period
(The Lotuspod Deluxe casita is all about space. It comes with a terrace from where you can view the rice fields just outside your room.  It is 30 sqm in size and has the best view.)
 
Special Casita – P9000/night on weekdays, P11000/night on weekends. Rates can be lower depending on promo period
(The Lotuspod special casita is a room that is specially built for the ease and comfort of our PWD guests. The room comes with a terrace and a scenic view of its rural surroundings. It is also 30 sqm in size.

2. What are the inclusions when we book a casita?

ALL casitas have a private entrance with a small garden leading up to your room. All casitas have an en suite bathroom, an open air hot spring dipping tub, a terrace to laze the day away and is furnished with one king-size bed.

 

The casita rate includes access to facilities like the pool complex, playground, treehouse, bikes and the zipline. The rate is also inclusive of breakfast for two adults and two kids below 5 years old. Coffee and tea are available in your room.

 

3. What is the maximum number of people per room? Can I request for an extra bed for an additional person?

ALL casitas can accommodate a maximum of two adults (and two kids below 12 years old) or 3 adults. For the third adult, we charge a fee of P2500 for an extra bed with breakfast.

Note that, we only allow ONE extra bed per casita. Please let us know in advance as we cannot guarantee the availability of an extra bed.

 

 

4. What if we don't need an extra bed?

The third guest (12 years old and above) will be charged P2000 (extra guest fee and breakfast). We recommend that you avail of an extra bed for a more comfortable stay.

 

5. Where is Lotuspod located?
Lotuspod Bed and Breakfast is located in Brgy. Puypuy, Bay, Laguna, Philippines.

 

6. How long does it take from Makati to Lotuspod?
It takes approximately 1 and ½ hours. We are also on Waze.

 

7. Can I bring my pet to the resort?
Lotuspod does not allow bringing in of any pets (dogs, cats, etc.) to the resort.

 

8. What time is check-in and check out?
Check in is between 2:00 – 4:00PM and check out is at 12:00 NOON.

Late checkout is subject to an additional charge and the availability of the casita.

 

9. Can I request for early check in and late checkout?
Requests for early check in and late checkout are subject to availability of the room. 

 

10. What should I bring?

Don't forget to bring your sunblock, sunglasses, flipflops, visor/hat, lotion. If you plan to swim, we recommend packing your rashguard/swimwear and bathing suits.

 

11. Is outside food and drinks allowed?

Except for baby food, we do not allow food and drinks to be brought inside the resort. 

 

12. What kind of food is served at Lotuspod?
Your casita rate includes breakfast for two. The meals are prepared by the loving hands of people we have worked with for many years. If you have any special dietary requirements, kindly inform us beforehand.

If you'd like to order other dishes aside from the set meal, an ala - carte menu is available.

13. Can we order lunch at Lotuspod before we check in and/or after check out?

Yes, you're welcome to do so. Please inform us ahead of your arrival time at Lotuspod. Since your casita rate only includes breakfast, this request is subject to extra charge.

14. Do you offer day tours? If so, how much?

Rate is P1000 /pax (P350 for kids 7- 12 years old, kids below 7 years old are free of charge)

The rate includes a welcome drink, a meal voucher of P500 and access to our facilities like the zipline, trampoline, bikes, treehouse, playground and swimming pool complex from 9-4PM. Our restaurant is open for lunch and snacks.

*No walk - ins, reservations are required as  we only accept limited number of day tour guests per day

*Lotuspod day trip guests are required to bring their vaccination cards
*No other requirements for kids

15. Do you have wireless internet connection?

Yes. But due to signal issues, wifi signal strength may be intermittent and might not be suitable for streaming and downloading.

 

16. Can you organize transport to/from the airport (NAIA)?
Yes, we can organize this service at P5000 (One way)

 

17. Do you allow pre-nup shoots?

Yes, we do. Email us about it.

 

18. Do you host weddings?

Yes. We have hosted weddings, birthdays, anniversaries and group parties. Lotuspod can accommodate up to 250 persons.

 

19. Do you have a spa?

Yes we do. We recommend our signature Lotuspod massage.

20. Are there any parking spaces at Lotuspod?
Yes, we have car parking spaces available. No reservation needed.

 

21. I want to organize a birthday/wedding party. How can you help me?
We can help you to organize it. Just let us know what you want and we will endeavor to make it an unforgettable experience for you

 

22. Do you have a special rate for corporate and group bookings?

23. Do you require a deposit upon booking?

Yes, usually the amount corresponds to 70% of the cost of one night. A pre-payment of the total cost of your stay may be needed for some special promotion rates.

 

24. How can I pay for my hotel bill?
We accept payment in the form of cash, major credit cards and bank transfers through mobile banking.

25. Do you honor senior citizen and PWD cards?

Yes. However, discounts apply to bill settlement upon check out and only applicable to non-promo rates.

26. Are public holidays considered weekends or premium rates?

Yes, all public holidays are considered weekends/premium rates. However, the management may make a special offer on those dates.
